These general terms apply to the use of the Pelene.net online store exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Pelene.net Online Store services are available on the website www.pelene.net, hereinafter referred to as Pelene.net Online Store.
The pages and other services of Pelene.net Online Store can be used for your personal use without any charges, under the conditions and rules specified below.
By using Pelene.net Online Store, you agree to follow the conditions and rules stated below.
Registration
To register on the Pelene.net Online Store, you must be at least 18 years old. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration. If any of the data entered during registration changes, please update your user account as soon as possible or notify us about the changes via email at info@pelene.net.
Terms of Purchase
The process and conditions for purchasing/ordering products via the Pelene.net Online Store are defined through the following stages: registration, ordering, payment, delivery, return/complaint of goods.
The supplier of the ordered goods is the wholesale company Pelene Online d.o.o., in Belgrade, ADDRESS. Pelene Online d.o.o. offers the entire range of products available in its store through the online store. A customer is considered anyone who registers and electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and submits it to Pelene Online d.o.o. All prices are expressed in dinars with VAT included.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational price display in other currencies, the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your credit card will be charged will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we do not know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
Ordering Goods
Products are ordered electronically. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, the selected product is added to the shopping cart. The goods are considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire ordering process consisting of 5 steps:
- Registration
- Selecting Products
- Confirming the Order
- Payment Method
- Payment
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received by Pelene Online d.o.o.
If you do not receive this email, please check if the items are in your cart after logging into the Pelene.net Online Store. If they are not, please repeat the ordering process.
Pelene Online d.o.o. commits to delivering all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery to the customer’s address. If Pelene Online d.o.o. is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, the customer will be contacted by phone or email regarding a replacement product or cancellation of the order. All other ordered products will be delivered.
Shipping of Goods
The ordered goods will be packed in a way that prevents damage during normal handling in transport. The customer is obliged to check the goods for any damage at the time of delivery and immediately report it to the delivery worker, and refuse to accept any goods that are visibly damaged.
The customer is responsible for checking the correctness of the order, and subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
Payment for Goods
The customer agrees to pay Pelene Online d.o.o. for the ordered products using one of the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Credit or debit card (VISA, MASTER)
For Legal Entities:
Upon receiving the order, we will send you a proforma invoice with the exact amount and our bank account number. Once payment is received, we will deliver the goods within 5 days. To ensure fast delivery, please make payment only after receiving our proforma invoice. Kindly make sure to pay the exact amount as shown on the proforma invoice.
The delivery cost is not charged.
Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, specifically Belgrade, and the delivery time is up to 12 hours from the receipt of the order. Delivery of goods is free of charge. All orders received by 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after that may be delivered the following day.
Returns/Complaints for Goods
The customer has the right to return goods in the following cases:
- Delivery of goods not ordered
- Delivery of expired goods
- Delivery of goods with defects not caused by transport
Upon receiving the goods, the customer must verify the correctness of the order. Please compare the received items with the invoice, and if anything is missing, immediately report it to your delivery driver, as we cannot accept complaints later.
In the case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid by credit card, partially or fully, regardless of the reason for the return, Pelene.net Online Store is obliged to issue the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will refund the money to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.
To start the return process, contact our customer service via email at info@pelene.net. Please include the order number from your order confirmation email.
Our employees will respond within 3 business days and are obliged to review all supporting material to justify the return. If it is determined that insufficient material has been provided to support the return request, Pelene.net reserves the right to refuse your request and will provide appropriate reasoning. The customer has 3 business days to directly appeal this decision by forwarding all communication to reklamacije@pelene.net.
Changes
Pelene Online d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and commits to notifying all registered users via the email addresses they provided during registration. All changes will apply to the use of the www.pelene.net website.
If you disagree with these terms of use and do not wish to accept them, please contact us via email at info@pelene.net, by phone, or by mail, and we will remove you from the Pelene.net Online Store’s user database.

If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you are obligated to inform us via email at info@pelene.net so we can guide you on how to change your password.
If there is any suspicion of a security breach, Pelene Online d.o.o. has the right to request you to change your password or block your account.
All pages of the Pelene.net Online Store where confidential data is exchanged (password, online payment...) are protected using the SSL security protocol (128-bit data protection). SSL encryption is a standard data protection technology that ensures secure data exchange between your browser and the Pelene.net Online Store pages.
