Shipping policy

Deliveries are made between 07:00 and 24:00 every day. All online orders have delivery that is free of charge.

The delivery will be made at the earliest opportunity, and is guaranteed within 12 hours.

If the customer does not receive the goods or a delivery notice within the expected timeframe, they must inform Pelene Online d.o.o. so that we can take further steps in tracking the shipment or sending a new one to the address provided by the customer.
